The month of July flew by and I was able to remove some titles from by TBR. I read a total of 14 books, although I skimmed one of them, another wasn’t even a book but a story printed on a Chipotle Cup, five audiobooks, and a couple of graphic novels.
I will only mention below the books I liked the most, hope you read and enjoy them as much as I did.
An Unwanted Guest by Shari Lapena
This was the best thriller-mystery I read this month, and one of the best this year. You should read it if you’re want to cozy up with an addictive good story.
When Katie Met Cassidy by Camille Perri
A wonderful and light-hearted love story about falling in love with the person you least expect to.
People Like Us by Dana Mele
A fun, edge-of-you-seat, young adult thriller. The best I’ve read since One of Us is Lying. Highly recommend it.
How to Be Successful without Hurting Men’s Feelings: Non-threatening Leadership Strategies for Women by Sarah Cooper
A guide to help navigate women through difficult workplace situations, the book is both humorous and relevant.
Social Creature by Tara Isabella Burton
A dark, addictive story with complex and compelling characters. I loved this novel and look forward to the author’s upcoming books.

Other books I read (and enjoyed) this month
14 books? Holy criminy! I’ve only done that on very rare occasion, so kudos to you! You had a great reading month.
